Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order, personalized, and custom items are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping transit times are not included in these processing windows and will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, shipping delays caused by the postal carrier are outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.

Brittyland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help 💖

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempt, customers may either pay a reshipping fee or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.
