💌 Processing Times

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order, personalized, and custom items are processed within 5–7 business days. Some custom headbands and hand-beaded pouch orders may take a little longer depending on the design and level of sparkle involved ✨

(Shipping transit time is not included in these processing windows and varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout.)

🚚 Shipping Policy

Delays

Once your order has been shipped, shipping delays caused by the postal carrier are unfortunately outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived after 4 weeks in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help make it right 💖

Lost or Stolen Packages

Brittyland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. Once tracking shows delivered, refunds and replacements cannot be guaranteed.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may either:

• Pay a reshipping fee to have the order sent again
  OR
• Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost

Due to the handmade and specialty nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.

Please double-check your order and shipping information before placing your order.

💖 Damaged Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered ✨

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging/mailers
• A photo of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll happily work with you on a replacement or appropriate solution 💕
